Note : Online application service is available in UM App for all current UM students. Besides, students may also apply for transcript and testimonial in myUM Portal. 

Start from 2 March 2026, transcript and testimonial can be collected at the Smart Locker – “Smart Collect” at the Government 24-hour Self-service Centre. If applicants choose to collect the documents at the Smart Locker, please submit the application form for transcript (GRS / Form / 040) together with the application form for Smart Collect (Smart Locker) (GRS / Form / 060) (Chinese / English) to gradschool@um.edu.mo.

*The Verification System of Graduation Certificate of the University of Macau (https://isw.umac.mo/versi/faces/index) has been launched for public use. This system is applicable to graduation certificates of higher education issued by the University of Macau from 6 June 2018 onward, and of graduates who have signed the authorization form to allow the University to store their graduation information in this system for verification by the third party.
