1. An academic transcript is a certification of a student’s record of academic performance at the University and it shows the student’s grades obtained in a programme up to the latest final examination taken.
  2. If a student leaves the University in the course of study without going through the check-out procedures, no official document including transcript will be issued.
  3. Postgraduate students can apply for their final transcripts after the academic reports have been released at the Graduate School. A free copy of transcripts will be issued together with the graduation certificates.
  4. During examination and assessment periods, the issuing of transcripts may be suspended or delayed.
  5. Application form (GRS/Form/040) may be obtained from the Graduate School or can be downloaded from the Graduate School webpage. Completed application form can be submitted to the Graduate School. Online application service is also available at the Online Payment Service (OPS) system (https://ops.fo.um.edu.mo) for all current UM students and students graduated from 6 June 2018 onward. For other graduates, please complete the application form for transcript (GRS/Form/040) and then submit it to the Graduate School by yourself or your authorized person.

  7. Two working days of processing time is required. Any application submitted during non-office hours will be processed on the working day right after the application submission date.
  8. All transcripts will only be kept in file for a month from the date of issue. The Graduate School will not issue any overdue transcript.
  9. You will be required to present your campus card or personal I.D. card for verification upon collection of the transcripts.
  10. If you would like to authorize another person to collect the transcript on your behalf, he/she should submit the authorization letter (GRS/Form/012) together with I.D. copies of both parties.
